Wednesday 16 September 2026: Pre-conference workshops (all day), Welcome Reception at 5.30pm

Thursday 17 September 2026: Conference Day 1 (all day) and Conference Gala Dinner

Friday 19 September 2026: Conference Day 2 (all day)

VENUE

Pullman Melbourne on the Park, 192 Wellington Parade, East Melbourne VIC 3002.

REGISTRATION KIOSKS & INFORMATION DESK

The Registration kiosks and Information Desk will be centrally located onsite at the conference venue. Staff will be on hand to answer any queries and will also be roaming around the venue during the conference, clearly identified with lanyards/t-shirts for delegates who may have any questions.

Opening times and location of the registration information desk to be announced closer to the event.

NAME BADGES

Each conference delegate will receive a name badge on registration. This badge will be your official pass and must be worn to gain entry to all sessions, the exhibition area, morning and afternoon tea, lunch and the social functions included with your registration.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

All catering breaks including lunch, morning and afternoon teas will be served in the Exhibition foyer on Thursday and Friday. If you have indicated a special dietary need, please go to the special dietary requirements catering table or speak to a venue staff member to collect your meal.

If you have not already done so, please advise the Conference Organisers of any dietary requirements.

To ensure your requests can be met, please email your dietary requests upon registration or email the conference office at least one week before the start of the conference.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Conference will collect and store information you provide in your registration form for the purposes of enabling us to:

  • Register your attendance at the English Australia Conference
  • Assist with administrative and planning purposes
  • Plan and develop conferences and other events in the future
  • Facilitate your requirements in relation to the English Australia Conference
  • Allow the compilation and analysis of statistics relevant to the conference.

The information that you provide in the registration form and at any other time during the conference will be used by the organisers to offer, provide and continue to improve its events and other services.

VISA INFORMATION

All visitors to Australia must have a valid visa to travel to and enter Australia. Travellers to Australia cannot apply for a visa on arrival, with the exception of New Zealand and Norfolk Island passport holders, who will usually be issued a visa on arrival in Australia provided they meet health and character requirements.

It is strongly recommended to apply at least two months prior to your intended date of departure, and four months prior for people with character or health concerns.
