When will the Conference take place?
The Conference will take place on Wednesday 11 September – Friday 13 September 2024.

Where is the Conference being held?
The Conference will be held at the Pan Pacific Perth.

Is there catering provided?
All catering breaks in the program are included with your registration.

I have a special dietary requirement – what do I do?
Special dietary requirements can be catered for during the Conference. Please enter your dietary requests upon registration or email Think Business Events at least one week before the start of the Conference to ensure the requirements are catered for accordingly.

Call for Abstracts

What is the submission deadline?
Call for posters will close at 11:59PM Thursday 25 April 2024 (AEST).

I have submitted my poster abstract, but not received an outcome email. What should I do?
Notification on submission outcomes will be sent out on Friday 7 June. If you do not receive an email, please contact the Conference office.

Registration

How much does it cost to register?
Rates and registration types are available on the website under the registration tab.

When is the early bird registration deadline?
The early bird rate is valid until Thursday 1 August June 2024.

Do registrations fees include insurance?
Insurance of any kind is NOT included in registration fees – it is advised that delegates take out appropriate health and travel insurances prior to travelling.

Can you take my registration details over the phone?
No, all registrations must be done via the registration form on the website.

Can a registration be shared with more than one person from the same organisation?
Registrations cannot be shared with any other person; each delegate must register take part in the Conference.

I only want to attend one day of the Conference, is that possible?
Yes, one day rates are available to purchase. Please see registration page on the website for details.
